1. DefinitionsProduct: Refers to any digital account, software, or service sold by our services.Customer / "You: Refers to the individual or entity purchasing a Product from our services.Lifetime: This term does not refer to the customer's natural lifespan or the perpetual existence of the Product. "Lifetime" is defined as the period during which the proprietary method used by our services to create, process, and sustain the Product remains functional and viable.Method Discontinuation: An event where the underlying process or technique used to create and maintain a specific Product line is no longer functional, often due to external changes, patches, or updates by third parties.
2. Lifetime Warranty PolicyOur services is proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on its products, governed by the specific conditions outlined below. This warranty is the sole remedy offered to the customer in the event of product failure.
Coverage for Product Failure
If a purchased Product (e.g., a digital account) stops working, becomes inaccessible, or fails to function as advertised due to no fault of the customer, the customer is entitled to a replacement.Remedy: Our Services will provide a direct, one-for-one replacement of the same Product.Condition: This coverage is valid only as long as the "Lifetime" of the product, as defined in Section 1, is ongoing.
Coverage for Method Discontinuation
If the underlying method for creating and sustaining an entire product line ceases to function (a "Method Discontinuation" event), making it impossible for Our Services to provide a direct replacement of the same Product, the warranty will adapt.Remedy: The customer will be entitled to choose a different, alternative product from Our Services currently available inventory. The value of the alternative product shall be determined at the sole discretion of Our Services, aiming for a comparable-tier replacement.Condition: This signifies the end of the "Lifetime" for the original product. Once an alternative product is provided, the warranty terms will apply to the new product.
Claiming the Warranty
To make a warranty claim, you must contact our customer support with your original order details and proof of product failure. We reserve the right to investigate the claim to ensure the failure was not caused by a violation of our terms.Warranty Termination
1. Leaving a bad feedback or comment without being assisted will remove your lifetime warranty, please wait for us to reply and resolve the issue first.2. Violating the usage of the product or rules
3. Refund PolicyALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.By making a purchase from Our Services, you expressly agree that under no circumstances will you be eligible for a monetary refund. This policy is absolute and applies to all situations, including but not limited to:
1. You are not satisfied with the product.2. You no longer need the product.3. The product or its underlying method is discontinued (in which case, the Lifetime Warranty in Section 2 is your sole remedy).4. You were unable to use the product due to your own technical limitations or failure to follow instructions.5. Our commitment is to product replacement and substitution as outlined in our Lifetime Warranty Policy, not to refunds.
